I am experiencing the following issue in Windows 11: When the Sound Show app is running and I click the speaker icon in the bottom right corner to open the Volume Mixer (where I can adjust the volume for individual apps), there is an audible stutter in the sound. After that, all applications except Sound Show disappear from the mixer, and there is nothing else I can do but restart my PC. I have tried multiple sound cards, but the problem persists across all of them. If the Sound Show app is closed, everything works perfectly fine.
